Transition of English Language Teaching in Saudi Arabia: A Critical Evaluative Study

As the paper revolves around English language spread and teaching in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), it becomes necessary to mention that there are influential socio-political reasons consider, along with internal economic factors. Therefore, such factors crucial for researchers pedagogues study deal issues mot only KSA but across globe. This tends explore global exerted an effect on political forces shaped transformation process within programs. adopts a critical approach evaluate extent literature ELT status, current practices, programs, future prospectsin call new evaluative is more critical. Keeping focus view, main research questions formulated were related status KSA, role vision-2030 changing ELT, workforce readiness take up challenges need native teachers teach etc. Main findings were: has changed recent year, going change very fast coming years maintain pace vision 2030. In addition, was found recruiting teacher not imperative anymore as younger graduates responsibilities quite independently.
